The staff greeted me warmly and even showed me to my room upon arrival. my standard charming room contained everything i needed. It was clean with excellent facilities. i appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the early check-in they arranged for me.
The room i had was slightly smaller than expected. It felt a bit cramped.

The staff greeted me with kindness and expertise. they had knowledge about the city, this helped me a lot, also i asked about things to see and do. The room was immaculate. The complimentary water tap was easy to access.
the room we received was very small! though the hotel offered a free upgrade to a larger one in the front of the building though it could be noisier.

The hotel had a water station on every floor, a nice touch. My room included tech devices like a Dyson air cooler. The bedding was excellent. I was really charmed with the separate toilet and shower, even in my single room.
My room faced the main street, and late-night traffic was quite noticeable (i would probably book a room that did not face the street next time).
